## 1. Getting Started

### Installation
- **Extension**: Install Siket from the Chrome Web Store for Chrome, Edge, or Brave. The extension replaces your new tab page with the Siket workspace.
- **Web app**: Visit https://siket.app in any browser. Sign in to sync across devices.
- **Floating widget**: Comes with the extension. Press `Alt+Shift+Space` on any webpage.

### Account
- Sign up with email/password or Google OAuth
- Passkeys and two-factor authentication supported
- Session management in Settings → Account

### First 10 minutes
1. Open Siket (new tab or siket.app)
2. Take the Welcome tour — it shows widgets and navigation

**Timer**: Default 25 min sessions. Custom durations in settings.

- Blocklists — create named lists of sites to block (e.g., "Social Media", "Video")
- Schedules — set blocking windows (e.g., block distractions 9 AM - 5 PM weekdays)
- Focus sessions automatically apply active blocklists
**Stats**: Session history, total focus time, trends. View in Insights panel.

**How to use effectively**:
- Plan your session task before starting the timer

Save and restore named collections of browser tabs.

**Save**: Open Tab Sessions panel → "Save current session". Name it or let AI name it.

### Smart Notes (Pro)
Rich markdown editor with Plate.js. Supports headings, bold/italic, lists, tasks (checkboxes), code blocks, tables, block quotes.

**Create**: `⌘K` → `note: Meeting notes` → Enter. Opens Notes panel with new note.
**Organize**: All notes listed in Notes panel. Search by title or content.
**Pin to dashboard**: Open note → Pin icon. Surfaces on Welcome widget.
